These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healing Tree of Life LLC website and any purchases made through Healing Tree of Life LLC, including purchases made through our authorized eBay store. By accessing our website, placing an order, or checking the box indicating your acceptance of these Terms during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Products
Healing Tree of Life LLC offers two categories of products:
* Natural dietary supplements intended for consumer use.
* Products expressly labeled as "Research Use Only" ("RUO").
Each category is subject to different terms and intended uses.
3. Dietary Supplements
Our dietary supplements are intended solely to support general wellness.
Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless specifically indicated. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, particularly if pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a medical condition.
Use all products only according to their labeled directions.
4. Research Use Only (RUO) Products
Products identified as "Research Use Only," "RUO," or similar language are sold solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purposes.
These products:
* Are NOT intended for human consumption.
* Are NOT intended for veterinary use.
* Are NOT intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
* Must not be used in any manner prohibited by applicable law.
By purchasing an RUO product, you acknowledge and agree that:
* You understand the intended research-only purpose of the product.
* You will not use the product for human or animal consumption.
* You assume full responsibility for the handling, storage, transportation, and lawful use of the product.
* You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws regarding possession and use.
Healing Tree of Life LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for RUO products at its sole discretion.
RUO products are sold only within the United States. International orders containing RUO products will be canceled and refunded, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees where permitted by law.
5. International Orders
Natural dietary supplements may be offered for shipment to select international destinations.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country and for paying any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges.
Healing Tree of Life LLC is not responsible for products delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed by customs or governmental authorities.
International shipping availability may change without notice.
6. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance.
Healing Tree of Life LLC reserves the right to:
* Refuse service.
* Cancel orders.
* Limit quantities.
* Verify customer information.
* Decline transactions believed to involve fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
7. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
8. Payment
Payment must be received before an order is processed.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed or canceled.
9. Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Healing Tree of Life LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Unless required by law, opened dietary supplements and all Research Use Only products are generally not eligible for return due to health, safety, and quality-control considerations.
11. Product Information
While Healing Tree of Life LLC strives to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, photographs, labels, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free.
Minor differences in packaging or appearance do not affect product quality.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Healing Tree of Life LLC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healing Tree of Life LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:
* Your misuse of any product;
* Your violation of these Terms;
* Your violation of applicable law;
* Your negligence or intentional misconduct.
17. eBay Purchases
Purchases made through the official Healing Tree of Life LLC eBay store remain subject to applicable eBay policies and procedures.
Where these Terms conflict with mandatory eBay policies governing the transaction, the applicable eBay policy will control only to the extent of that conflict.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Changes to These Terms
Healing Tree of Life LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
